Who we are

Matina is run by heymatina.ai. By using Matina, you agree to these terms.

What Matina is

Matina is an operations assistant. It helps you sort email, protect your calendar and plan your day. It is not a medical service, therapy or coaching, and it doesn't give medical, legal or financial advice.

Matina suggests and drafts. You decide. Nothing is sent or changed without your OK.

Trial and billing

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends, Matina pauses until you pick a plan.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Paddle, our payment provider and reseller. Paddle handles your card, invoices and sales tax. Prices are shown before you pay.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in one click from Settings. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Matina isn't a fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. To request one, visit paddle.net or email us and we'll start it for you.

Fair use

• Use Matina only for your own work and accounts you're allowed to use.
• Don't use Matina to send spam, break the law or harm others.
• Don't try to break, overload or copy the service.

If someone misuses Matina, we may pause their account.

Your data

Your data stays yours. See the privacy page for what we read, store and never store. You can export or delete everything anytime.

Limits of liability

We work hard to keep Matina reliable, but it's offered "as is". AI can get things wrong, so check anything important before you act on it. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
